This is what we do in Rotary: Rotary Club of Ilorin GRA

It is a known fact that Rotarians believed they have a shared responsibility to take action on some of the world’s most persistent issues such as promoting peace, fight diseases to a bearest minimum, provide clean water, sanitation, and hygiene. Not that alone, Rotarians accross the world had over the years played lots of leading roles in saving mothers and children, support education, protect the environment and lots more.
This much was further emphasized during the just concluded retreat organized by the Rotary Club of Ilorin GRA for members of the club, as it was also noted that Rotarians are globally known as people of action who have been using their passion, energy, and intelligence to take action on sustainable projects.
In his remarks, the president Rotary Club of Ilorin GRA, Rtn. Michael Oguntoye Phf, specially commended the retreat committee under the chairmanship of AG Ayodeji Adesina Olagunju Phf+1 for organizing a wonderful retreat for the year 2022.
Rotarians provide services to others, promote integrity, and advance world understanding, goodwill, and peace through their fellowship of business, professionals and community leaders, as they together, see a world where people unite and take action to create lasting change across the globe, in their communities, and in themselves.
At the retreat, which featured different activities including talk from brilliant Rotarians pointed to the fact that, solving real problems takes real commitment and vision, especially, from literacy and peace to water and health. Rotarians are always working to better the world, as they also stay committed to the end.
The organizing committee are Rtn. Olagunju Ayodeji Phf+1, Rtn. Adeniji Atinuke Omokere, Rtn. Christy Abayomi-Oluwolen, Rtn. Ishola Gbenga Emmanuel and Rtn. Peter Ajayi Oddiah.

The event also offered an opportunity for the President-elect, Rotarian, Grace Olagunju Phf, to present her budget for the next Rotary year when she would serve as Imagine Rotary President of the Club.
The event was a fun filled type. Indeed, Rotarians are happy people anywhere in the world.
