KWARA BATSV CONGARTULATE MUSLIMS ON HOLY MONTH OF RAMADAN: Urges them to seek God's intervention for the nation through fervent prayers

Muslims accross the country have been congratulated for witnessing another holy month of Ramadan fast, especially at a time when the country is in dare need of God's intervention in it affairs.

The state chairman, Bola Ahmed Tinubu Solidarity Vanguard (BATSV), Kwara chapter, Otunba Taiwo Joseph (OTJ) stated this in a statement issued to congratulate and identified with Muslim Umahs accross the country.

Otunba Taiwo Joseph who described a period like this as an opportunity to be closer to God than ever before, charged Muslim to make judicious use of the holy month to pray for the success of our dear state Kwara, the country at large and our leaders at all levels.

In the statement, the Kwara BATSV chairman called on well to do individuals to genuinely observe the fasting and never look away from assisting one another, especially the less privileged around them. Adding that such act of generousity is one of bases of observing a month like this.

According to OTJ, a time like this is also an opportunity to seek the face of God for Nigeria concerning the emergence of a new set of leaders who will take the country to the promise land as the country is gradually approaching another general election scheduled for next year

Meanwhile, the BATSV chairman noted that the present security challenges is not peculiar to Nigeria alone, hence the need for all of us to come together, pray together and speak with one voice irrespective of our religion, ethnic and political affiliations, as this too shall pass away.

As he congratulate all Muslims for witnessing the holy month, he also urged to be of good conduct and prayed God not to elude them the blessings and mercies embedded in the holy month.
