SECOND EDITION OF THE ROTARY CLUB OF ILORIN PRESTIGE DISTRICT 9125 RETREAT, TO COMMENCE ON MAY 6th 2022

Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the stage is set to commence the second edition of the Rotary club of Ilorin prestige retreat.

This much was confirmed in a statement issued by the chairperson retreat planning committee, Assistant Governor, Dr Khadijat Toyin Musah Phf, where she analyzed the programmes lined up to make the retreat a worthwhile.

According to AG Musah, the two days event will be featuring brilliant Rotarians who will be speaking on different topics of importance to Rotary and humanity at large.

The statement further noted part of the activities put together in respect of the retreat to be Networking (Facilitators and Club Members) which will be coming up at ROMP Hangout Fate road Ilorin under the coordination of AG. Toyin Musah, CMP Femi Akinola Phf, President-elect Bankonle and Rtn. Adepeju Obaniyi, while *Club Overview/ State of the Club* would be taken by Change Maker President Femi Akinola Phf, after which the topic, *Strategic Plan for the Next Rotary Year* would be treated by PE Bankole Olaoluwa.

Going further, *Inter-district Collaboration and Exchange Fellowships* would be discussed by Rtn. Samuel kolawole, Major Donor level 2, Change Maker President, RC Ibadan Jericho Metro and the Vice Chairman, Inter-District Collaboration Committee 2022-23. However, *Relevance of Rotary Foundation in the Era of Imagine Rotary* is a topic that would be taken by Rtn. Leonard Igini, a Major Donor, District Chair Annual Fund and a member of RC Nassarawa Kano.
 
Other worthy topics to be treated include *Club Members Satisfaction Survey* by
Rtn. Folashade Rotimi Phf, *Leadership in Rotary* by Assistant Governor, Ayodeji Olagunju Phf+2 from RC Ilorin GRA who is also the Past District Treasurer, DGSR, *Practical Steps Towards Building a Vibrant Club* by Rtn. Olawale, Olayemi Mathew Phf, a Past Assistant Governor and the Charter President RC Ibadan Oritamefa, Zone 1 Representative, 
District Finance Committe,  *Fund Raising* by PAG Dayo Odetola Phf, *Critical Thinking: Moving the Club Forward* (Imagine Rotary) PE Bankole Olaoluwa.

The statement, which urges members of the club to be prepared and punctual at the retreat venue also noted that the event would trigger brilliant and robust discussion that would define meaningful conversation about Rotary as it will be beneficial to all at the end.
