Supreme Court Verdict: OTJ Congratulates Tinubu and Shettima on outcome
The recent Supreme Court judgment on the outcome of the 2023 presidential election has been declared as another testament to the fact that the February 25 presidential election represented the wishes of the largest majority of Nigerians who participated in the civic duty.
A staunch supporter Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu who also doubles as the State Chairman, Bola Ahmed Tinubu Solidarity Vanguard (BATSV), Kwara State Chapter Otunola Taiwo Joseph (OTJ) stated this as he expressed his joy over the Supreme Court judgment which affirmed the authenticity of Tinubu/Shettima mandate.
In a statement he personally issued and made available to this medium, the State BATSV Chairman congratulates the All Progressives Congress (APC), for the victory which he referred to as a victory for all.
Otunba Taiwo Joseph, on behalf of BATSV members in Kwara, Nigeria and in diaspora specially commended the judiciary for the courage to stand with the constitution in the face of obvious provocation and intimidation. Adding that the judgement has elevated the cause of jurisprudence in our country.
OTJ, an APC stalwart in Kwara and a loyal party man, further noted that the verdict of the Supreme Court will further strengthen the will of the President to bring renewed hope to the good people of Nigeria and urged everyone to support him in his efforts to build a prosperous Nigeria as he called on lovers of democracy to commend the resilience of the judiciary in deepening the country’s democracy through its sound judgments.
Otunba Taiwo Joseph also congratulate the APC National Chairman, Alhaji Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, other members of the National Working Committee (NWC) of the party, all APC supporters on the judicial victory and specifically, the Executive Governor of Kwara State and the Chairman Nigerian Governors Forum (NGF) Mallam, Abdulraman Abdulrasaq for a victory that has come to stay for the interest and benefit of all.
