Kwara BATSV Chairman Congratulates Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu: Extend appreciation to all aspirants and delegates
Members of the Bola Ahmed Tinubu Solidarity Vanguard (BATSV) in Kwara has congratulated the APC national leader, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu on his emergence as the APC flag bearer which was publicly confirmed at the end of the just concluded APC national convention held in Abuja.
In a statement, issued by the BATSV Chairman in Kwara, Otunba Taiwo Joseph (OTJ) on behalf of other members of the association, gladly congratulate and identify with the APC national leader, now the party's flag bearer on his victorious emergence as the APC presidential candidate come 2023.
Otunba Taiwo Joseph, noted with delight that "The kwara state chapter of the Bola Ahmed Tinubu Solidarity Vanguard (BATSV) is happy to see you lead from the front. Your mission of salvaging our dear country Nigeria, is indeed achieviable. We are cocksure that our dream of having you as the number one man in this country will surely come to pass because in you we have a reliable and competent leader"
"We also wish congratulate and commend His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Kwara State Mallam, Abdulraman Abdulrasaq for not only keeping to his words, but for identifying with a visionary leader at a time like this". Indeed, Governor Abdulraman Abdulrasaq is a man of his words.
Also in the statement, the BATSV Global Chairman, (Amb) Dr. Dare Owotomobi, extends the association's profound gratitude to aspirants who graciously stepped down for Jagaban, as he also appreciate all the delegates for being part of this great and laudable history of having a new Nigeria.
Meanwhile, OTJ further noted in the statement that, "We, in Kwara BATSV therefore posit that Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu is truly a good man. A large-hearted and compassionate man. There are several testimonies to the assistance he has rendered to persons and families in distress, many of whom he hadn’t met or even remembered their names or faces. He just loved to give. He just loved to put smiles on people’s faces. He just loved to build people. He himself always wore a broad and bright smile. Asiwaju, as people fondly call him is a man on whose mandate we shall continue to stand".
The statement also urged members not to relent yet, as there is need to work as a team in order to achieve a common front come 2023.
